A creative force to be reckoned with, Thana Alexa is forging new paths into the jazz industry. The vocalist/composer/arranger has recently released her new album, ONA, solidifying her stature as a voice for women around the world. She was a nominee for the 2011 PORIN Music Awards, winner for the Jazzon Alpe-Adria International Composition Competition, a runner up for the Made in New York Jazz Competition in 2014, and a nominee for DownBeat’s Critics’ Poll Rising Female Vocalist for four consecutive years in a row.
